Hands-on STEAM-powered explorations throughout the gardens and greenhouse at the Urban Environmental Center. Children and caregivers experiment, discover, create and play with nature as inspiration.

Our first (FREE) Second Saturday of the school year will be this Saturday, September 14 from 10:30am-12:00pm. Our mission is "Harvest the Garden" and we will be discovering all of the edible items in the Conservancy garden, learning about the plant parts they represent, and picking a few things to taste and take home. We also plan to create a simple green bean saute with green beans from our school garden demonstration bed.
