Want to get a jump on the 2017 growing season? Looking for some new ideas for your garden and what to do with your harvest? The Conservancy’s Beds & Breakfast Winter Seminar begins with networking over an organic, nutritious, prepared-on-site breakfast prepared by Chef Jamie Busch.
This year the theme is Sustainable Food and we have outlined three learning tracks:
Each workshop group will offer a session that is relevant to each of the tracks. Workshop topics include: Extending the Growing Season, Knife Skills, Chicken Coops & Care, Homemade Dried Fruit, Cooking with Essential Oils and more! You are welcome to select any workshop to attend, however, and do not need to follow a specific track.
This popular seminar sells out quickly so be sure to register early! No walk-ins accepted!
