Junk food and fast food seem to be everywhere, particularly in our urban areas. This easy access to unhealthy food combined with inactive lifestyles contributes significantly to the obesity and preventable disease epidemic in our nation. Somewhere in between that junk food, however, is a plethora of nutritious, convenient, delicious and affordable food options and opportunities for active living.

Health in the City is a powerful documentary film that highlights some of the many possibilities to good nutrition and active living that exist in urban areas. Join us as three teenagers experience a sample of what our wonderful cities have to offer you and your family’s health!
